Messages about finding the selling price for a target margin are common here, and a short description of your case is usually enough for a useful reply.

If a result looks wrong

Because the method is written down rather than hidden, an error report is easy to act on. RetLivo works on the principle that it divides profit by revenue for a margin and by cost for a markup — the two are easily confused, and showing both together is what stops a price being set from the wrong one, so when a figure disagrees with your own working, one of the two has slipped. Send both and we will find out which.
